The benches were purchased from Amazon.com which sent the fiberglass
end frames. The wood for the one shown above is pressure-treated pine and is plain natural redwood for the one
below. The wood was purchased at Goodman Building Supply in Mill Valley. Both benches are held
together by 20 screws. The top bench's seat is 48" wide. The seat of the bench below is 51" wide.
The fiberglass
frames for the top one are green which was intended for both, however the second arrived as tan-beige by mistake. We
decided to accept it rather than wait up to two weeks for replacments.
